A good way to clean your pierced ears is to use a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol.
Rubbing alcohol is an antiseptic and can keep infections of the pierced ear away.
Take a cotton ball or cotton swab to apply rubbing alcohol to the earlobe or lobes and wipe the ears good with it but first wash your hands good.
It's a good idea to clean the tips of the earrings as well after you remove them from your ears.
