The first DUI will usually get you 6 months in Jail plus a fine of $500.00 to $1,000.00 while a second DUI may also get you a fine plus 3 to 5 years in prison.
Once you get your 3rd DUI then you should expect to go away to prison for at least 10 years.
A friend of mine got a 3rd DUI and he was sent to prison for 10 years.
He'll be out of prison in the year 2027 which is around 9 years from now.
