The bounty hunter is legally able to enter the Fugitives residence without a warrant to enter the residence as long as the residence is owned by the Fugitive.
When you get bailed out of jail by a bail bondsman you grant them rights to come after you and enter your residence to arrest you for skipping bail.
Now if the residence is owned by someone else other than the Fugitive then yes they need a warrant to enter the home to arrest the person.
