I have a website that I want to change the domain of. It's a 3 year old domain and is getting search traffic.
If I change the domain will it lose it's SEO Search Engine Optimization Rankings?

Yes you'll loose the rankings of the 3 year old domain if you change the domain name.
You can pick the rankings back up soon though by 301 redirecting the old domain to the new domain and website.
