No it's not bad to wear a panty liner everyday because if you're on your period you need to have the panty liner to stay clean and keep your panties clean as well.
Just be sure to change the panty liner often and wipe yourself clean down there after removing the dirty panty liner and then replace it with a new one.
You'll be fine as long as you change the panty liner often and keep clean.
