I wear a hat all the time wherever I go except for sometimes I take the hat off in the house but whenever I'm outside or away from the house I have my hat on and I've never had any problems with my hair or lost any hair from wearing the hat all the time.

So wear a hat all the time if you want too as nothing bad will happen.
