My friend is a web designer for a big company which I cannot name but he earns $100,000.00 per year doing the web design but he does both front end web design and back end web design where he designs, codes and fixes code on the back end of the website for the company.
He's really experienced and really deserves more pay for all the work he does and the knowledge he has but at least his pay is pretty good at $100,000.00 per year.
