I think they might be worse than smoking coz you inhale some unnatural liquids in your lungs, while tobacco in cogs is more or less natural. Besides, have you heard the story about the British girl who vaped a lot and doctors had to cut a part of her lung?

It's hard to say for sure if vaping is worse than smoking since both have their risks. I've found vaping to be a better alternative for me, especially with products like Packman Vapes.

I used to smoke for years, and switching to vaping made a noticeable difference for me. I don’t feel as out of breath anymore, and I don't get that heavy smell on my clothes. Plus, I can control the nicotine levels in my vape, which helped me gradually cut down. It’s all about finding the right device and liquids that work for you.

Personally, I’ve been using an E-Cig from Smok, and it’s been pretty solid for everyday use. They have a lot of options, so it’s easy to find something that fits your style and needs if you're looking to quit smoking.

Vaping can be worse than smoking as some vapes can contain more chemicals that could be more harmful than smoking cigarettes.

However vaping tends to expose you to less toxins and at lower levels than smoking cigarettes.

Although both vaping and smoking are bad for your health and should be avoided.

The long term effects of vaping are not fully known yet.

Vaping and smoking carry many of the same health risks which include cardiovascular disease and lung disease although vaping tends to expose you to less toxins than smoking.

vaping is not totally risk free and there have been cases of lung injuries and deaths associated with vaping.

People who have never smoked should and teens or young adults should not use vaping or e cigarettes.

Vaping is also highly addictive just like cigarettes.

I used to vape a lot, but it eventually started irritating my throat more than regular smoking. I switched to legal THC gummies, and it's been a much smoother experience for me. No coughing or dry throat like vaping would give me, and the effects last longer too. Plus, no lingering smell on my clothes or hands, which is a huge bonus.
