Once sentenced to prison or jail time you cannot be bailed out of jail.
If you're sentenced to a year in jail you'll be taken back to the jail from the courtroom where you'll serve your sentence.
No one can bail you out after the judge sentences you and you must stay there until the sentence is up.
Same with being sentenced to prison.
When the judge sentences you to prison you'll be taken back to jail where you'll wait from a few weeks to a month or two and then you'll be transported from the jail to a prison when the prison transport is available to pick you up.
You're only allowed to bail out of jail after getting arrested and booked into jail before your sentencing or trial.
