Some gamers do wear diapers so they don't have to miss the game and can play for hours without needing to get up to go pee or poop.
I sometimes game myself and as a diaper lover I wear diapers which makes gaming much more fun and comfortable.
Diapers are better as you can just pee or poop and then change the diaper later.
Getting up to use the toilet while gaming can be very inconvenient and can cause you to lose a game etc especially when gaming with others.
