You could stream some movies through Netflix on your device with 10 GB of data per month but do know that you will likely blow through that data pretty quickly streaming Netflix.
Netflix usually uses on average 1 GB of data per hour so you would at most have 10 hours of streaming capability with the 10 GB of data limit.
You can tweak your playback settings to use less data per hour on Netflix streaming but the video quality will likely suffer and not be as good.
If possible you should switch to wifi when streaming Netflix to save on your data use if you're near a Wifi hotspot or at your home where you have WIFI.
