I've been grappling with a significant issue regarding my iPass Illinois account. I've been using it for a while now, but recently, I've encountered a series of problems with it. My balance seems to be incorrect, and I've been charged unfairly for tolls I haven't even passed through. What's more, I can't seem to get through to their customer service. Has anyone else faced these issues with iPass Illinois, or is it just me? What should I do about this?
