Obesity is caused by genetics, unhealthy eating, unhealthy lifestyles, not being active and moving around enough and spending too much time in front of a computer, TV etc.

Sometimes a person may have health conditions such as thyroid problems that also cause obesity.

We can prevent obesity by eating healthy, getting out and being active, walking, jogging, running, riding a bicycle and not eating foods that are high in calories.

Foods that cause obesity are ice cream, chocolate, cookies, chips, potato chips, sweets, deserts, sour cream, cottage cheese, red meats, processed meats, refined grains, sugar sweetened beverages and steak, hamburger, bacon, cheese.

Obesity can be treated by eating healthy, reducing your calorie intake, and exercise more.

Going on a weight loss diet, walking daily, running on a treadmill or just simply getting outside and being active can help you lose weight and treat obesity.

The 5 things that cause obesity are.

Poor Diets.

Being Sedentary and watching too much television.
