When I have trouble falling asleep I take some sleeping pills.

I also turn off electronics an hour before bed and get into a routine.

Also try thinking of good things instead of things you may be worrying about.

Other things you can do to help you fall asleep are.

Lower the temperature.
Use the 4-7-8 breathing method.
Get on a schedule.
Experience both daylight and darkness.
Practice yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Avoid looking at your clock.
Avoid naps during the day.
Watch what and when you eat.

To fall asleep I listen to ambient music and make sure to ventilate the room. I can recommend the band Sleep Partz People, it is not ambient, but also cool music. I also listen to lectures for sleep, you can download them at proxy-rarbg. You can also drink milk and cookies or make chamomile tea.

  1. Stick to a consistent sleep schedule: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body's internal clock and improve the quality of your sleep. Click Here

  2. Create a bedtime routine: Establish a relaxing routine before bed to signal to your body that it's time to sleep. This could include activities like reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation exercises.

  3. Create a sleep-friendly environment: Make sure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet. Consider using earplugs, an eye mask, or white noise machines to block out any disturbances that may interfere with your sleep.

  4. Avoid electronic devices before bed: The blue light emitted by smartphones, tablets, and computers can interfere with your sleep. Try to avoid using these devices for at least an hour before bed, or consider using blue light filters or apps that reduce blue light emissions.
