You can reset your stomach by eating right, increasing consumption of prebiotics, exercise and getting plenty of sleep and staying hydrated.

The steps to do a 3 day gut or stomach reset are.

Removing foods that feed harmful bacteria and cause inflammation.
Introducing plenty of prebiotic foods, which feed beneficial bacteria.
And encouraging healthful practices, such as getting enough sleep and exercise and staying hydrated.

You can get your stomach unbloated by sipping on some Ginger Ale, drinking some 7 Up or even laying on your side to help relieve trapped gas.

You can also use the pressure points on your wrist to help get you unbloated and get rid of the trapped gas.

The pressure points to relieve gas are located on the backside of your wrist and it's known as the Inner Gate Point.

To relieve gas with the pressure points you need to apply a gentle by mild pressure to the provider acupressure points on your hand.

Place two to three fingers on the point location.

Using gentle pressure, move fingers in a circular motion.

The best position to release gas is to lay on your left or right side with your knees bent.

And you can help to release gas by laying in the same position but also pull your knees closer to your chest or try alternating between straight legs and bent knees.

When you're bloated you should lay on your left side which helps to relieve the trapped gas.

Sleeping on your left side allows the gravity to help waste get from the small intestine to the large intestine.

A good and easy way to relieve trapped gas is to do the following.

You can make yourself fart by drinking carbonated beverages such as soda, seltzer water, massaging your belly and walking.
