Eyelash extensions are not that harmful for your eyes but they can cause infections of the cornea, infection of the eyelid, swollen eyelids and even temporary or even permanent loss of your real eyelashes.
Those are some risks of wearing eyelash extensions but the risk is not that great so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
