I'm using Chrome Browser and for some reason I can't connect to some websites that use https.

There's really no error given except that is says. Can't connect to this website.

But I can connect to the same site with Firefox without a problem.

I have the latest Chrome Version and it still does it.

This is likely due to ESET bug.

To fix ESET :

Setup -> Advanced setup... -> Web and Email -> Web access protection
-> HTTP, HTTPS -> check "do not use HTTP protocol checking" and click
"OK".

To fix Kaspersky:

Settings -> Additional -> Network -> unclick "Scan encrypted connections"
