Condensed milk is most commonly used for baked goods and in baking foods such as pies, pudding and ice cream.
Condensed Milk is also used as a sweetener for coffee and tea.
Condensed milk is cow's milk from which water has been removed.
It is most often found with sugar added, in the form of sweetened condensed milk, to the extent that the terms "condensed milk" and "sweetened condensed milk" are often used interchangeably today.
You can add water to condensed milk and drink it.
To add water to the condensed milk simply pour about an inch of condensed milk into a cup and then add some cold or warm water.
Next use something such as a spoon, straw, fork etc to stir the condensed milk up until the water is white and no longer clear.

Then I stir the water condensed milk up to mix it with the water and I have a sweet tasting milk.
I also sometimes add condensed milk to my coffee which makes it taste good too.
Another thing I do when I drink tea is to add some condensed milk to my hot tea.
