How much should I sell my website for?

I have a website that is 7 years old and is making $800.00 per month from Adsense.
I have lost interest in this website and would like to sell it. But not sure how much I should ask for the website?

It depends on the type of website and quality of website.

But most websites will be sold for 3 times there yearly income.

So if you're making $800.00 per month that is $9,600.00 so $9,600.00 x 3 years would be $28,800.00
