Cooking eggs will typically kill the bacteria that causes Salmonella but there's still a risk of getting Salmonella from the cooked eggs.
Never wash the eggs with cold water since the cold water can pull the bacteria into the eggs.
And be sure that the eggs are not runny and are cooked thoroughly before eating them.
