To know which adult diaper is right for you, you should factor in how much absorbency you need and whether you pee a little or pee a lot or if you have bowel incontinence.

If you just dribble and leak a little urine then you may only need the adult pull up diapers.

Or if you pee a lot and have no control over your pee then you will need a thick adult diaper to contain your pee.

The tape on adult diapers are much better and more comfortable than pull up diapers and a good absorbent diaper will keep your clothes dry and prevent leaks and require less diaper changes.

You also want to ensure you have the right adult diaper size for you so you want to measure your waist and get the adult diaper that is not too small or not too large.

Too small of adult diaper will not hold as much pee and may leak while a too large of adult diaper won't fit properly and may also leak and be uncomfortable.

The simplest and most accurate way to determine which size is best for the incontinent person is to measure from the middle of the hip bone across the front to the middle of the adjacent hip bone and then double the measurement.

Then match this to the waist size to determine which size is best.

You can wear diapers for comfort or for need.

Diapers can be worn by all ages and not just babies.

Whether you're an adult, kid or teen you can wear diapers and you should not be ashamed of wearing diapers if you need them or want them.

Some adults do need diapers.

Although diapers are mostly worn by and needed by babies and toddlers, it is normal for some adults and older kids and teens to also need diapers.

Some adults have incontinence and need to wear diapers to keep their pants and clothes dry and some adults have bowel incontinence and not just urinary incontinence.

Diapers help to contain those bowel movements and urine output that comes out.

Diapers are made for all ages and anyone no matter what age should wear diapers when they need to wear them.

Although I'm not incontinent I will wear diapers when away from home because it's getting harder to find a toilet now and some places have their toilets locked and you have to ask for a key and sometimes I cannot hold it that long and would pee my pants.

So i wear diapers when away from home so that I can go pee without holding it as holding your pee is not good for you.

Diapers are not just for babies and you're not a baby just because you wear diapers.
