UPS delivery times will vary and depend on how many other packages that the UPS driver has in the package car to deliver.
Deliveries will happen to businesses first before close of business then they will deliver to residential places.
Most times UPS will deliver to my house around 2:00 PM central time but sometimes it can be as late as 7:00 PM Central Time.
