How much mileage is bad for a used car?

When buying a used car is there an amount of mileage a used car can have on it that is considered too many miles?

It's not always bad but if I was looking for a used car then if the car has 200,000 miles or more then I would look for another car.

To me that 200,000 miles is just way too many for a car and I would assume the car wouldn't last much longer.
