Apple doesn't repair or replace Apple watch screens. If you have a warranty on the Apple watch then Apple will replace the whole watch.
But if you don't have a warranty on the Apple watch then the only thing you can do for a broken Apple watch screen is replace the whole watch with a new one which will cost you money out of your own pocket.
