Not really since I was potty trained and out of diapers by age 18 months old.
But I do remember when I was 5 years old and a neighbor was babysitting me and I had wet my pants at her house and then she put a diaper on me which I hated her for it and my mom got mad at her for putting the diaper on me.
That's the only memory I have of actually getting a diaper on me.
I do remember however when I was almost 2 years old and was climbing out of my baby bed. lol
