Is it wrong that I don't want to marry or have kids?

I'm 17 male and I don't ever plan on getting married or having kids.

I told my mom that and she says that I should reconsider and have kids and get married.

But I just want to be alone without a wife or kids.

Nothing wrong with that. Not everyone get's married or has Children.

It's up to you to decide.
