It's likely that your dog could have some internal parasites living in his intestines and they're eating away at the lining of his intestines or tissue and that could be what's causing your dog to bleed out the anus.
A dog bleeding out the anus is not normal and you certainly should take the dog to the Vet to get checked out because it could be something deadly.
