Why do my armpits smell even after showering?

Even though I shower twice per day my armpits and even sometimes my whole body still has awful body odor.

Why is my armpits and the rest of my body sometimes still smelling of body odor after I shower twice per day and I do use lots of soap?

You could have a mineral deficiency which is a cause of body odor in people. I would go to a doctor and get tested for the mineral deficiency to rule that out.
