I truly want an honest opinion about this I have a seven year old boy. I just had a baby that is about a year old now. My son has always been acting up ever since he has been born. Just always trying to get attention that sort of thing. So I hear and read about diaper punishment I was just curious on how many people are actually done and gone through it. I don't wanna torment the kid to where he is going to hate me but I just want him to learn something from this. He's super thin and about 4142 pounds is his weight so I know he would fit into baby diapers with no problem I know he would fit on the changing table with no problem I know he would fit in the crate with no problem too. Other than that he's a very fun loving goofy child I just don't like his attitude or for the last six months when the new baby it's been around.

What are your thoughts and feelings on this has anybody ever done this before to their children themselve

Explain it to him that he is acting like a baby when he's not getting his way. Please be stern with him, cut up his underwear/boxers and explain it to him and tell him for 6 months or a year (preferably a year), he can't use the potty for nothing, his diaper is his potty. Take away things he's use to playing with like LEGO's, action figures, ALL electronics. Start buying him babyish toys. Take him to his doctor BUT explain to him that he is bedwetting, daytime wetting. If you want lie to him. I would call him out of school and set a appointment. Also, I know you don't want to but buy a High Chair.  He can't get out, he can do his homework in it, eat in it.  Just keep it in our mind that how embarrassed u r when he does this crap on you. I was diapered punished from 1st grade - 12th grade

Diaper punishment sounds like a great idea for your 7 year old boy.

Since he's acting up you should tell him that he's gonna be wearing a diaper from now on until he can behave and also make the toilet off limits to him for at least the summer or until he behaves.

Diaper punishment done lovingly can be a good way to punish a kid and keep them in line.

Just make sure that he still knows that you love him and tell him you're doing this diaper punishment thing out of love.

Kids that are diaper punished tend to turn out better and not as out of control as some other kids.

Spankings are also good for misbehaving kids but diaper punishment would likely work much better.

He may even begin to like wearing the diapers and that can be a good thing as well.

I would certainly diaper punish my kids and likely would actually never take them out of diapers which can help keep them from getting out of control and it shows who is in control instead.

My thoughts on this is you should diaper punish your son.

Diaper Punishing your son keeps your son under your control and will make him even sweeter.

You should keep your son in diapers all the time and not let him use the toilet.

He should use the diapers for both poop and pee and you change him.

You should also bathe him yourself and change his diapers for him and give him a pacifier, bottle etc.

Have him sit in a highchair when he eats as well and when at home make him wear just the diaper and shirt and socks without any pants or just a diaper.

This way you can tell he's keeping his diaper on and know when he needs a diaper change.

Wearing no pants or shorts over the diaper also makes it easier for diaper changes too.
