When taking blood pressure medicine you can be out in the sun for awhile but you should avoid the intense sun when possible when on blood pressure medicine.

Blood pressure medicine can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight so it's best to avoid the intense sun and only stay out in the sun for a short time.

The most commonly prescribed blood pressure medicine is Losartan.

Losartan is a good blood pressure medicine and it's use can help prevent strokes, heart attacks and other heart failure.

Losartan blood pressure medicine is a medicine widely used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure, and to protect your kidneys if you have both kidney disease and diabetes. Losartan helps to prevent future strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems.

A normal blood pressure reading should be around 120/80 but 135/85 blood pressure reading can be normal depending the person who has that blood pressure.

For some people 135/85 is a high reading and is getting near hypertension and it all depends on the person.

When blood pressure gets to 140 systolic or above then that's when a person should really worry especially if the blood pressure doesn't go down on it's own.

Having too high of blood pressure can damage blood vessels and increases a persons risk for coronary heart disease, stroke, heart attack and death from those health problems.

Try taking a 15 to 20 minute walk when your blood pressure goes up as walking helps to lower blood pressure and is healthy for your body in other ways as well.

You can also lower your blood pressure using Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in with water, lemon juice and organic honey or you can just take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar once or twice per day to lower your blood pressure.

But if your blood pressure continues to rise or doesn't go down then you might need to see your doctor to get on blood pressure medicine which regulates your blood pressure and keeps the blood pressure at a healthy level.

My blood pressure reading normally is around 135/85 and I was concerned but my doctor said for me it was normal but if it got above 135 over 85 then I should start lowering it or see the doctor again about it.

My blood pressure used to be lower than 135 over 85 which is why I was concerned but the doctor said not to worry until it got in the 140 range which can be hypertension.

If your blood pressure reading is normally in the 120/80 range and it spikes to 135 over 85 then it could mean that you're getting into pre hypertension.

But a blood pressure of 135 over 85 is not too high to be alarming but if your blood pressure is normally not that high then bringing it down is a good idea.

You can drink a little Apple Cider Vinegar to bring your blood pressure down naturally.

If the blood pressure gets over 135 over 85 then it could be hypertension and needs to be brought down before it causes any problems.

Sometimes my own blood pressure spikes to 135 over 85 if I'm stressed out but it usually returns to about 120 over 80 which is normal for me.
