How to get rid of my acne scars?

I have acne scars that I want to get rid of but not sure how best to get rid of the acne scars.

What things can I do to clear up and get of my acne scars at home?

You can get rid of acne scars by using lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

Both lemon juice and apple cider vinegar as well as Mederma work great at removing acne scars.
