When you need to change your babies diaper when out in public you can use a changing table in a public restroom, change the babies diaper on a bench, floor etc or take the baby to your car or vehicle and change your baby that way as well.
I try to change my babies diapers in my Van when possible but I've used public changing tables, the floor of a public restroom etc.
You then change the babies diaper the same way you change them at home.
It is OK to change a babies diaper in the park when needed.
However if possible go into a bathroom or your vehicle and give the baby some privacy as you don't really know who is out there watching.
But if you do need to change the baby in the park lay down a changing mat, towel etc and try covering the babies privates as much as possible and get the diaper change done quickly.
It is OK to change a diaper in public.
When out and about with your baby or toddler and they are wearing diapers you'll need to change the baby or toddler when in public.
However while you can change diapers in public it's best to be as discrete about the diaper changes as possible.
For example don't change the babies or toddlers diaper at a table where people are eating and don't change them right in front of a bunch of people.
However if you have no choice and people are around at least try to cover the baby up or take them to a bathroom or your vehicle to change them.
I always would give my babies and toddlers privacy when changing their diapers and it's what I would want myself as well.
Even though they were little it was just out of respect for the kid and the other people.
Nobody really wants to see your babies private parts even though they are a baby.
I've had times where my babies or toddlers have pooped their diaper in the store and instead of changing them in the bathroom I took them out to the van where we had more privacy and changed them there.
The poop won't hurt them for a few minutes or so until I got outside to the Van.
I remember last summer a lady had a newborn girl and a boy of around 3 years old.
Both the baby and the 3 year old pooped their diaper.
I know because the mother proudly announced it out in the parking lot of Walmart.
She said loudly that the girl had pooped her diaper and was making a big deal about it.
Then she asked the 3 year old if he pooped his diaper and he said no.
She didn't believe him so she loudly announced it as well and was telling everyone in the parking lot that her 3 year old pooped his diaper.
She proceeded to drop his pants there and changed his poopy diaper right in front of everyone.
I felt so bad for the little guy being embarrassed like that as I could tell he was.
She could've kept it quiet and changed him in the mini van they were in.
Yes we know babies and toddlers poop in diapers and pee in diapers but we don't want to or need to know about the status of their diaper.
