Babies can eat Kiwi by age 6 months of age.

Once babies are eating solid foods then they can eat Kiwi but the Kiwi should be cut up or mashed up for the baby to eat the Kiwi easier.

Kiwi may be introduced as soon as your baby is ready to start solids, which is generally around 6 months of age. Note: Kiwi, along with other acidic fruits, can cause or worsen diaper rash so start small when introducing to your baby.

The health benefits of Kiwi include improved heart health, boosted immune system, improved immunity, improved digestive health and the Kiwi is high in Vitamins and antioxidants.

Eating Kiwi may also prevent cancers and other diseases as well.
