I don't think there's any actual cure for dermatitis but you can reduce the inflammation and other symptoms to keep the dermatitis from getting too bad by using some over the counter hydrocortisone cream.
If the dermatitis is more severe your doctor can prescribe some prescription corticosteroid cream which is more powerful than the over the counter hydrocortisone cream.
