Usually when a dog starts getting aggressive towards people that they've never been aggressive too before it's usually a sign that the dog has come down with some disease.
These diseases include, brain Tumors, Rabies and Thyroid disease.
I would take the dog to the Vet to get him diagnosed and see if the disease your dog has can be treated.
