Genital warts are the kind of warts that are sexually transmitted so if your partner has Genital warts then you shouldn't have sex with the person who has Genital warts unless you don't mind catching the Genital warts from your sex partner.
The other kind of warts I don't believe are sexually transmitted disease and is just a skin infection.
