If you drink more NyQuil than the recommended dosage you could overdose and may pass out, become drunk, have liver damage etc.

You may also hallucinate or become confused and if you drank enough NyQuil it could kill you.

NyQuil does contain alcohol and actually NyQuil is higher in alcohol content than an average sized beer is.

Too much NyQuil could make you drunk and could make you fail a breathalyzer test as well.

However not only would you get drunk from too much NyQuil it could also harm your liver and kidneys.

NyQuil contains about 10 percent more alcohol than a beer does.

The amount of alcohol that is in NyQuil compared to beer is 10 percent alcohol which is a bit higher when compared to the amount of alcohol in beer.

NyQuil contains 25 percent alcohol, which makes it 50 proof.

As a result, this popular cold medicine is higher in alcohol content than beer or wine and gets close to some hard liquor.
