What time do you go to bed at night and what time do you wake up in the morning?

I go to bed at 11:00 PM which is in 40 minutes from now. I get up at 6:00 AM which gives me 7 hours of sleep which seems to be enough sleep for me to function okay.

I work from home so I don't have to be at my job at any certain time but I do try and get into bed by 11:00 PM as well if I am done with any work I need to do on my websites including this one and http://webmasterbabble.com webmaster forum.

I usually get up at 7:00 AM but I can sleep longer if I want to or feel like I need more sleep.
