The healthiest way to sleep is the fetal position or at least on your side.

The sleeping on the side or back is considered more beneficial than sleeping on the stomach.

In either of these sleep positions, it's easier to keep your spine supported and balanced, which relieves pressure on the spinal tissues and enables your muscles to relax and recover.

When you lie on your side and bring your knees up to your chest, you are sleeping in the fetal position.

Some people curl an arm under their pillow to support their head while in this position, but others may not.

I sleep in the fetal position most nights as it's very comfortable to me.

Some people prefer to sleep stretched out, on their back, on their side or in the fetal position and they are all healthy and good ways to sleep.

You should sleep in the most comfortable position for you.

When you sleep in the fetal position also known as the baby position it usually means that you have a tough exterior that hides a shy and sensitive nature inside.

I will sleep in the fetal position some nights and other nights I sleep stretched out and on my side or on my back.

But sleeping in the fetal position is a very common sleeping position for a lot of people.

The fetal position is also how you slept in your mothers womb before you were born so it's a natural sleeping position and a natural instinct to sleep in the fetal position.

4 out of 10 people in the world sleep in the fetal position and you should sleep in any position and way that is the most comfortable to you.
