As long as you have your legs you can still walk with no pelvis but it can be difficult.

Pelvic exenteration is an operation (surgery) to remove multiple organs in the pelvis.

The internal reproductive organs (the ovaries, womb, cervix and vagina) are removed.

Depending on the type of pelvic exenteration the surgeon may also remove: the bladder.

The human pelvis is the lower part of the torso.

The Pelvis is located between the abdomen and the legs.

This area provides support for the intestines and also contains the bladder and reproductive organs.

Your pelvis is a basin-shaped structure that supports the spinal column and protects the abdominal organs.

It contains the following: Sacrum.

A spade-shaped bone that is formed by the fusion of 5 originally separate sacral vertebrae.

Coccyx (also called the tail bone).

The pelvis (plural pelves or pelvises) is the lower part of the trunk, between the abdomen and the thighs (sometimes also called pelvic region), together with its embedded skeleton (sometimes also called bony pelvis, or pelvic skeleton).

The pelvis forms the base of the spine as well as the socket of the hip joint.

The pelvic bones include the hip bones, sacrum, and coccyx.

The hip bones are composed of three sets of bones that fuse together as we grow older.

Pelvic pain is often described as a dull ache, pain, or pressure located in the abdomen below the navel.

The pain may be constant or it may come and go.

It can also include other symptoms, such as abnormal vaginal bleeding and lower back pain.
