If your dog has eaten rat poison you should induce vomiting in your dog by using some hydrogen peroxided.
If you don't have any hydrogen peroxide you should take your dog to the vet right away and don't waste anytime.
Rat poison can kill a dog very quickly if not treated for the rat poison ASAP.
