Is a Dental Discount Card or Dental Insurance Better?

Is it better to have a Dental Discount card or to have Dental Insurance?

I would get the Dental Insurance because with dental insurance you don't have to pay out of pocket for the dental procedures except for maybe a small copay on the dental insurance.

With a dental discount card you just get a discount on the dental procedure and still have to pay for the dental work out of pocket which can be expensive.
