If you're 18 years old or younger you're only allowed to legally work 8 hours per day.
But for anyone over age 18 I don't believe there are any laws that say you can't work a certain amount of hours.
So your employer can have you work 14 hour days if they want you too. Of course if you don't like it you can always quit and look for another job.
