How often should you get up from your desk at work?

If your employer allows you to you should get up at least once per hour and walk around stretch your legs for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

Some workplaces you can't get up and take breaks unless it's for a bathroom break or for lunch.

Staying active though as much as possible during an office job is crucial to your good health and well being.
