Why do parents on welfare still go and get pregnant while they are on welfare?

When parents have to go on welfare because they can barely afford to the feed the baby or child or children they have why do they go and get pregnant and have more kids when they can barely afford to feed and take care of the kids they have now?

A lot of parents on welfare that get pregnant again do so because they know they'll get more welfare help.

If I was having trouble taking care of one child or a few children already then I certainly wouldn't be going out and making more kids.
