The oldest minor age boy I called cute was a friend of mines son who was 14 but he looked like he was around 8 and he was baby faced.
He still looks pretty baby faced today as a 16 year old.
He could easily pass for around 8 years old even now if he were as short as an 8 year old boy would be.
