Do you call 12 boys cute as a man

Do you call boys cute that are 12 years old as a man? I mean cute in a non-sexual way of course. I have been guilty of calling underage boys cute, but I mean it in a baby way. The oldest boy I called cute is 14, I generally call boys pre-puberty cute.

I do call and think some boys 12 and under are cute.

They seem to like it but I only call the ones cute that I know but I still think other boys of 12 and under are cute.
