The country of Venezuela has the most oil in the world.

Venezuela is the country that has the largest amount of oil reserves in the world with 300.9 billion barrels.

Saudi Arabia has the second-largest amount of oil reserves in the world with 266.5 billion barrels.

We will never run out of oil because oil is actually being constantly made naturally although the oil can get harder to extract from the earth.

The earth is massive and there's billions upon billions of gallons of crude oil deep in the earth but it will just take more work to get to the crude oil deeper in the ground.

Also new ways of creating crude oil are being developed and we also use ethanol in our gasoline which makes our gasoline go further as well.

The world is not currently running out of oil just yet.

However if more oil is used than is being produced than we will eventually run out of oil.

Although it's likely that we're not gonna run out of oil until at least another 80 to 100 years and it's being discovered that we can produce crude oil from algae through a pressure cooking process.

Also although it takes several years to make crude oil naturally the crude oil is renewable but it takes several years.

The world has proven reserves equivalent to 46.6 times its annual consumption levels.

This means it has about 47 years of oil left (at current consumption levels and excluding unproven reserves).

We can make crude oil from algae through a process if of pressure cooking algae into crude oil.

A new discovery could let scientists artificially create crude oil in under an hour, accelerating a natural process that normally takes at least a few million years to complete.

Synthetic crude may also be created by upgrading bitumen (a tar like substance found in oil sands), or synthesizing liquid hydrocarbons from oil shale.

There are a number of processes extracting shale oil (synthetic crude oil) from oil shale by pyrolysis, hydrogenation, or thermal dissolution.

Oil is thought to come from dinosaurs and of the oil we use could have actually came from dinosaurs but the majority of the oil or even all of the oil is from other things such as plants.

But even if the oil really did come from dinosaurs the oil we use today is not all from dinosaurs.

Oil is a fossil fuel but oil also comes from plants, algae and bacteria.

Petroleum, also called crude oil, is a fossil fuel.

Like coal and natural gas, petroleum was formed from the remains of ancient marine organisms, such as plants, algae, and bacteria.

Today, petroleum is found in vast underground reservoirs where ancient seas were located.

A so-called fossil fuel, petroleum is believed by most scientists to be the transformed remains of long dead organisms.

The majority of petroleum is thought to come from the fossils of plants and tiny marine organisms.

Larger animals might contribute to the mix as well.

According to scientists the popular idea that oil, gas, and coal are made of dead dinosaurs is mistaken.

Fossil fuels consist mainly of dead plants – coal from trees, and natural gas and oil from algae, a kind of water plant.
