To evict a tenant legally you'll need to give the tenant a 30 day notice to vacate the property.

If the tenant doesn't leave within those 30 days on their own then you'll have to take them to court to legally get the tenant removed from the property.

A sheriff will then most likely come out and force the tenant out of the property.

Never remove the tenants belongings and put them out on the street or dispose of them as you can get in trouble if you haven't gone to court yet.
