What is best to treat and get rid of mouth sores fast?

I have a painful mouth sore that I need to get rid of because it's making it hard to eat or talk.

I use some baby orajel to treat my mouth sores and it helps numb the mouth sores as well so I can eat without pain.

Usually if you use baby orajel on the mouth sores the mouth sores will be gone within 2 to 3 days and while the mouth sores are healing the baby orajel will keep the pain away and help you be able to eat and talk.
